Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
